This project aims to develop the emergence of wireless technologies and advancements in on-body sensor design can enable change in the conventional health-care system, replacing it with wearable health-care systems. Wearable monitoring systems can provide continuous physiological data, as well as better information regarding the general health of individuals. In existing method, to check the parameters of patient we required stethoscope, thermometer, sphygmomanometer and blood sample is required to measure glucose level. Drawbacks of existing method are high time consumption, less accuracy, man power is required and no database. Thus, such vital-sign monitoring systems will reduce health-care costs by disease prevention and enhance the quality of life with disease management. In this project, recent progress in non-invasive monitoring technologies for chronic disease management is reviewed. In particular, devices and techniques for monitoring blood pressure, body temperature, glucose level and heart beat are discussed. In addition, Internet of Things (IoT) is used in this project to transfer the patient's parameters to their mobile phones in the form of message as well as parameters will mail to their respective e-mail id. Scope of our project is less time consumption, high accuracy, data base, reduction of man power and this system is too convenient for patients.

Research Inventy: International Journal of Engineering & Science , Volume 9 ~ Issue 8
In this project, a communication system is used based on signal languages, used by dumb people. A narrative hand gesture recognition technique is the basis of this paper. This consists of a hardware module and software algorithm. This project aims to lower the communication gap between the mute community and additionally the standard world. The projected methodology interprets language into speech. The system overcomes the necessary time difficulties of dumb people and improves their manner. Compared with existing system the projected arrangement is compact and is possible to carry to any places.

Research Inventy: International Journal of Engineering & Science , Volume 9 ~ Issue 8
To Classify the plants based on a multi-organ approach is very challenging. The additional data provides more information that might help to disambiguate between species, the changeability in shape and appearance in plant organs also raises the degree of complexity of the problem. The prior approaches focus mainly on generic features (shape, size, color) for species classification, disregarding the features representing plant organs. we introduced a Hybrid Generic Organ Convolutional Neural Network (HGO-CNN), which takes into account of both organ and generic information, merging them using a new feature fusion speculation for species classification. Instead of using a ANN based method to operate on one image with a single organ, we extend our approach. We propose a new framework for plant structural learning using the Convolutional Neural Network(CNN) and recurrent neural network (RNN) . Based on feature visualization techniques here we depicts the outcomes of visualizations of our hypothesis.

Research Inventy: International Journal of Engineering & Science , Volume 9 ~ Issue 8
A wearable metamaterial microwave absorber (WMMA) for indoor radar clear applications is proposed. The proposed WMMA is composed of two square ring resonators with different sizes, a backing ground plane, and a felt substrate with a 1 mm thickness. All conductive materials were fabricated using conductive textiles. The grid array of different square ring resonators provides a broad absorption band due to two neighboring resonance peaks. The measured results exhibit two absorptivity peaks greater than 90% and a full width at half maximum (FWHM) of 18.9% at 9.475 GHz. Also, the proposed WMMA has a high absorptivity regardless of the polarization angle of the EM waves and the deformation effect.

Real-time awareness of the pharos state, including the volatile frequency and phase angle, is critical to maintain reliable and stable operations of the power grid. However, the high cost and low accessibility of current synchrophasors restrict their large-scale deployment over highly distributed micro grids. In this paper, we present a practical system design for monitoring the micro grid frequency and phase angle over mobile platforms and significantly reduce the cost of such monitoring. Being dif-ferent from current synchrophasors, our system does not rely on continuous GPS reception and hence it is highly accessible and applicable to heterogeneous micro grid scenarios. We develop various techniques to provide the timing signal that is necessary for precise micro grid monitoring.........

Research Inventy: International Journal of Engineering & Science , Volume 9 ~ Issue 6
In today's competitive world, the biggest challenge which the organizations are facing is to retain talented employees. Organizations often try to foster commitment in their employees to achieve stability and reduce costly turnover. It is commonly believed that committed employees will also work harder and are more likely to 'go the extra mile' to achieve organizational objectives. Organizational Commitment has become important for the commercial organizations due to increase in technology level of competition globally and rapid growth of services sector in about all parts of the world. In every information technology sector, the employee plays an important role to accomplish the tasks, objectives, and targets to achieve persistence in the globally competitive world. Thus, it becomes essential for the organizations that their employees become committed and stay in the organization. Organizational commitment is a psychological construction of responsibility that an employee has towards the mission and direction of an organization. This study is to identify the employees' perception of their jobs and how to improve their work commitment towards their organizations.

The tea industry plays a significant role in the Indian economy in terms of foreign exchange earnings and providing employment opportunities. For more than a century, the tea industry was the main employment provider, the main source of foreign exchange and the main source of government revenue. Nevertheless, recent statistics suggest that the contribution of the tea industry towards the Indian economy is gradually declining. This study assesses India's competitiveness in the global tea industry. It examines the nature of competition in the global tea industry and identifies the possible strategies and policies that India should adopt in order to improve the competitiveness of the Indian tea industry. The Indian tea industry faces several problems. The area under tea cultivation is stagnant or shrinking.............

Customer satisfaction is an indispensible component of the Marketing function and it can be simply defined the number of customers, or percentage of total customers, whose reported experience with a firm, its products, or its services exceeds specified satisfaction goals. With many companies turning customer centric, customer satisfaction levels are measured and plans for its improvement are done by all most all the businesses. Satisfied customers usually buy more and buy frequently. Loyal customers also act best promotional source to new customers. They tend to bring in more and more new customers through word of mouth communication. The taste and preferences of consumer are changed often. Every customer in the market has his/her own Brand Preferences. Customers will be looking for certain attributes before purchasing the products i.e., FMCG. The top FMCG, or consumer packaged goods, companies are characterized by their ability to produce the items that are in highest demand by consumers and, at the same time, develop loyalty and trust towards their brands.
