Abstract

This study examined the impact of lecturers training on colleges of education students' academic performance in mathematical economics in south-south zone of Nigeria. To achieve the research objectives, three research questions, as well as three hypotheses were formulated to guide the study, ex-post facto design was adopted for the study. The population of this study comprised all the one hundred and sixteen (116) lecturers and fifteen thousand six hundred and eighty (15680) undergraduate students in the Department of economics in public colleges of Education in south-south zone of Nigeria. A sample size of three hundred and ninety-one (391) students and ninety (90) lecturers were selected for the study using Yaro-Yamne formulae.......

Abstract

This study explores the impact of organizational compatibility on organizational performance, focusing on Nadaken Bakery in Ekpoma, Edo State. Organizational compatibility refers to the alignment of values, culture, and processes within an organization. The research adopts a descriptive design and involves a sample of 43 staff members from Nadaken Bakery. Data were collected using a structured questionnaire and analyzed with percentage and regression methods. Descriptive statistics summarized the data, while regression analysis tested the hypotheses. The findings indicate that values alignment and cultural fit significantly impact organizational performance, showing positive correlations with performance outcomes.......

Research Inventy: International Journal of Engineering & Science , Volume 14 ~ Issue 9

Abstract

This paper analyzes the importance of practical teaching in higher vocational education, and based on this research background, it constructs a student interest mining method based on clustering model for class interest grouping in practical courses. By constructing the student interest vectors and calculating the closeness between the vectors, a clustering objective function based on the norm model is established to achieve the class student interest clustering and construct the class grouping. This paper studies the application of subjective evaluation method, objective evaluation method, grouping evaluation method and other methods in the process of class grouping and practical teaching. The method constructed in this paper is a highly feasible model for vocational education teaching, which can provide reference and inspiration for guiding vocational education in teaching practice.

Abstract

The electric storage battery is one of the most important discoveries of science and technology. If storing alternating electrical energy (alternating current) is still a problem for mankind today, direct electrical energy (direct current) can be easily stored in electric batteries, which are increasingly used to power road vehicles, thus representing the viable, durable and sustainable solution for human mobility. This paper is the author's own scientific representation and original point of view on the technical acceptance of batteries that store the electrical energy required for the propulsion of electric vehicles........

Research Inventy: International Journal of Engineering & Science , Volume 14 ~ Issue 9

Abstract

Automatic flight control systems occupy an important place on modern aircraft. Without such systems, the effective use of aviation, spacecraft and ballistic missiles is impossible. The structural features of the automatic control system (ACS) are evaluated by its control law, which implies the required dependence of the output signals of the actuators on the set of input signals. One of the main tasks that are solved by the autopilot is the stabilization of the pitch angle and automatic control of it. The automatic control of the angular position is carried out by deflecting the rudders when there are discrepancies between the current and required values of the angular parameters of the aircraft position.........

Research Inventy: International Journal of Engineering & Science , Volume 14 ~ Issue 9

Abstract

One of the most reasonably priced natural fibers is jute.. Due to its similarity to wood in terms of cellulose and lignin content, it has the potential to be used as a material for fiberboard. Using lignin as a natural glue, binderless medium density fiberboard (MDF) made of jute fiber was created with the goal of lowering the amount of wood used and the emissions of synthetic adhesives such urea formaldehyde. This study set out to ascertain the mechanical and physical characteristics of MDF made from jute fiber using ASTM D790-86 stand and ASTM D570-8. Additionally, it looked into the impact of additional paraffin, pressing time, and oxidation treatment on the fiberboard's mechanical and physical characteristics.........

Research Inventy: International Journal of Engineering & Science , Volume 14 ~ Issue 9

Abstract

The application of bank credit policies is carried out so that problems that arise in credit, such as non-performing loans, do not occur. This is because unfavorable credit expansion can affect solvency and public trust in the bank. Because of this, it is necessary to pay special attention to the high level of non-performing loans that are owned, if not handled properly it can cause losses to the bank, so systematichandling is needed to overcome non-performing loans. The purpose of this study is to find out whether Bank BJB has been effective in implementing existing credit policies at Guna Bhakti Credit, to find out whether credit policy implementation can minimize the occurrence of non-performing loans on Guna Bhakti Credit at Bank BJB, and to determine the effect of Guna Bhakti Credit policy on the value of Non-Performing Loans..........
